Laser Tag Birthday Parties
Thank You for choosing to have your birthday party at Eby’s. We appreciate your business and will do our best to make this party a success. Listed below are a few guidelines to help your party run smoothly.
*Eby’s now has two sets of doors for entry. Instruct your guests to enter the building at the main entrance. This is an entrance into the lobby. An attendant will be there to assist and this will help to eliminate any confusion about where to go.
*Please provide us with a list either by phone or email of the guests that are expected to attend. The list will help us keep the party organized and eliminate any confusion on your final bill. You will only be charged for the number of quests that show.
*Anyone that arrives just to observe will not be charged a fee. There is no spectator fee.
*Your $25.00 nonrefundable deposit will be deducted from your bill before final payment. Should you have to cancel for any reason your deposit will be forfeited. All date changes must be made 10 days in advance. No changes in your scheduled date will be accepted after this period and the deposit will be forfeited.
*Given the nature of the party keep any extra decorations to a minimum. Items may not be hung, tacked or taped to the walls or the beams. Table decorations are fine and all balloons must be anchored or weighted down.
*If you schedule a party with us you are allowed to bring in a cake. Eby’s will provide plates, napkins and a utensil to cut the cake. All you have to bring is the cake and candles.
*The first laser tag game is scheduled for 15 minutes after your start time. For example if your party is scheduled to start at 4:00 your guests will play their first game at 4:15. Each player will get a score sheet at the conclusion of the game. A prize will be awarded to the player with the top score. Your guests will return to the snack bar area where refreshments will be served depending on the package purchased. Your guests will be scheduled for their second game at this time. Each player will get another score sheet at the conclusion of the second game. A prize will also be award to the top player for the second game.
